Is the Bike Test available for all models?
No: the service is per category (Corsa, Gravel, E-Bike Full). Depending on size and use, we offer the most suitable bike in the category.
How long?
You can choose 1 day or 2 days or agree with us to find the solution that best suits your needs.
What should I bring?
Identity card, Tax code, Credit card. Recommended helmet, personal pedals and technical clothing.
What happens if it rains?
Contact us: we are looking for a date shift compatible with the calendar and availability.
Is the first day really refunded?
Yes: in case of purchase, we calculate the cost of the first day from the price of the purchased bike.
Can I cancel or move?
Yes: let us know in time; the staff will show you the useful window for the change date.
What if I damage the bike?
Together we evaluate the damage to the return according to the conditions of use signed in store.
Do you need bail?
It can be requested at the discretion of the store, depending on the category and availability of the medium.
