Where do you deliver?
Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Slovenia and Poland. Islands and unserved locations are excluded.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on the country and product type. See the shipping table for accessory, bike and e-bike rates. The exact total appears in the cart before purchase.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock products we prepare the order within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 2–4 working days in Italy and 3–7 abroad, depending on destination. For products available to order or pre-order, refer to the product availability and confirmation from our team.
Does the bike arrive assembled?
CUBE bikes are always pre-assembled by the Doctorbike workshop at no extra cost. Other brands travel in the manufacturer’s original packaging; optional pre-assembly costs €25 incl. VAT. The final assembly required depends on the model: follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
How can I pay?
PayPal, cards and available methods through PrestaShop Checkout; bank transfer and other options shown in the cart, including payment plans subject to provider eligibility requirements. How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal and another 14 days from notification to return the products. Change-of-mind return transport is paid by you. For bikes and e-bikes request packing instructions and a transport quote; do not send batteries without arranging a suitable carrier. Fault and warranty remedies remain separate.
