Delivery in Italy
For Italian destinations served, the standard cost currently configured is 9,90 € VAT included under 99 €; 99 € the standard shipping is free of charge. The checkout summary confirms the cost applicable to the address and shopping cart. Excluding islands and poor locations not served.
Preparation and transit are two different times
For products in prompt delivery, the preparation is scheduled within 3 working days from the confirmation of payment. To this stage the transit of the courier is added; the forecast relevant to your order is communicated before the conclusion of the contract.
For products available to order or pre-order, refer to the variant’s availability and confirmation from our team. Supplier dates are indicative: preparation begins when the product arrives. We do not promise a generic 7–15-day lead time for every pre-order.
Free withdrawal in Magenta
You can choose the pick-up in the shop Doctorbike, Corso Europa 82, Magenta (MI). Please wait for confirmation that the order is ready before reaching us. For bikes withdrawn in store preparation is included.
Updated location, contacts and timesFollow and check the delivery
When the order is entrusted to the courier, you receive the tracking information required for the shipment. Check address and telephone number before ordering.
Upon delivery, check the packages and the packaging. In case of visible damage, notify the courier and contact us with reference to order and photos, if available. The signature without reservation does not cancel the legal rights for defects not recognizable at delivery.
Returns and support
Do you need help or do you want to exercise the right of withdrawal? The withdrawal is communicated within 14 days from delivery; the return must be made within 14 days from the communication, according to the conditions of sale. For defects or damages contact the assistance: the warranty protections are distinct from the rethinking.

How we prepare your bike
CUBE bikes are always preassembled by the Doctorbike workshop before shipping. Professional preparation is included in the bike price.
Other brands ship in their original manufacturer packaging and configuration. Optional Doctorbike workshop preassembly costs €25 including VAT per bike and can be selected in the cart. It is never preselected.
The choice and charge appear in the summary and order and follow the selected bike quantity. Preparation is included for store collection.
Transport protection may require final assembly steps on arrival. Follow workshop instructions and check the bike before riding.
