These conditions regulate purchases on doctorbike.it, the online shop of Doctorbike S.r.l., Corso Europa 82, 20013 Magenta (MI) P.IVA 12143730963 - Tel. 02 97255461 - info@doctorbike.it. They apply to those who buy as a consumer, i.e. for purposes unrelated to an entrepreneurial or professional activity, according to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the regulation of electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
In breve
- Rethinking: you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of the withdrawal, without reasons; then you must return the goods within 14 days of communication.
- Expenditure: We refund the price and shipping you paid to receive the order. The cost of returning it is yours, unless you return it to the store.
- Guarantee: 24 months on all products. If the good is defective, repair or replacement without charge, and withdrawal we pay for it.
- Delivery: to the only destinations authorised to check out within the agreed time limit; in the absence of a different agreement, within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
The following is the complete contractual text.
1. Subject
Under these conditions Doctorbike sells, and you purchase remotely, the products offered on doctorbike.it. The contract ends entirely online, following the order procedure of the site. Before confirming the order we ask you to read these conditions and accept them by ticking the appropriate box.
2. Information before purchase
The characteristics of each product are described in his card. Technical data come from the manufacturers and can be updated when they change them. The images are for illustrative purposes: color, dimensions and accessories present in photos may differ from the product actually sold, and what is true is the text description of the card. The contractual features promised and the public statements relevant under the law remain binding. If a product does not correspond to what is due, you have the rights of the legal guarantee referred to in Article 8.
All prices on the website are publicly available and include VAT. We can change them at any time, but your order is invoiced at the prices indicated when you created it and summarized it in the confirmation email.
3. How the contract ends
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. The email contains your details, order number, price, shipping costs and delivery address: check that everything is correct and immediately report any errors. The order number is the reference to be used in any communication with us. Tax documentation is issued according to applicable regulations and data required during the order. For billing needs contact us before you purchase.
4. At delivery
At the pick-up, we recommend you check that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document and that the packaging is intact. If you notice any damage or anomalies, please indicate them in writing on the courier delivery test: this is the fastest way to get us involved and to handle the complaint against the carrier.
This verification is a recommendation, not a condition: even if you sign without reservations, your warranty rights for defects that were not recognizable at the time of delivery are not affected. Please report any problem to info@doctorbike.it, attaching if possible some photos.
5. Availability of products
The availability indicated is the one at the time when you order. Since multiple customers browse at the same time, it may happen that a product is sold out after the order confirmation. In this case we immediately notify you by email and, if you decide to cancel, we refund you within 14 days.
6. Payments and prices
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, bank transfer, and with the forms of financing indicated at the time of purchase. Any permitted costs and total due are indicated before the order; the costs and interest of a financing are those provided by the relevant contract with the lender. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are shown to you before payment.
If due to technical or material error a price is clearly wrong • exorbitant or ridiculous • we can cancel the order, refunding you in full within 14 days.
7. Right of withdrawal: if you change your mind
Who can withdraw. The right of withdrawal is for those who buy as a consumer. It does not apply to purchases made with VAT in the course of an activity.
I'll be in when. You have 14 days from the day you, or a person in charge of you, receive the product. If the order includes multiple products delivered separately, the 14 days start from the last delivery. You must not give us any reasons and no penalty is provided.
How to tell us. An explicit statement is enough, by any means: an email to info@doctorbike.it or a letter to Doctorbike S.r.l., Corso Europa 82, 20013 Magenta (MI). You can use the form at the bottom of this article, but you are not obliged.
How to return the product. Return it within 14 days of communication, to the address above. Alternatively you can return it to the store: in that case you don't need to open any online return practices.
What's the state you have to go back to? You can examine and test the product as you would in the store. However, you are responsible for the decrease in value that comes from a use exceeding what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation: in that case we will withhold from the refund a corresponding amount. We ask you, where possible, to return it with original packaging, accessories and documentation: it is not a condition to withdraw, but avoids us having to apply reductions.

If at the time of the order you have chosen a faster or more expensive shipment than the standard one we offer, we will refund you the standard shipping amount and not the supplement.
When and how we repay you. Within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, with the same means of payment used for the purchase and at no cost at your expense. As permitted by art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, we can suspend the refund until we receive the product or until you prove that you have sent it. If you paid by bank transfer, please write us from the Contact Us section indicating IBAN and registered owner.
When the withdrawal does not apply. Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, withdrawal is excluded for products made to measure or clearly personalized at your request • only when customization effectively falls within the exclusion provided by law; the normal pre-assembling of a catalog bike does not automatically make it a customised asset and for sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons, if they have been opened after delivery.
8. Legal guarantee of compliance
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of compliance for 24 months delivery. If the product is defective or does not correspond to what is ordered, you are entitled to restore conformity without charge, by repair or replacement, and in other cases provided by law to the price reduction or termination of the contract.
You do not have to respect any time limit of denunciation: it is sufficient that the defect manifests itself within 24 months and that you assert it within 26 months of delivery. To activate the warranty contact us from Support form or write to info@doctorbike.it, indicating the reference of the order. The withdrawal of the defective product we organize and pay for it, agreeing with you the times.
9. Manufacturer's warranty
Some products enjoy, in addition to the legal guarantee, a commercial warranty of the manufacturer, with duration and conditions indicated in the documentation that accompanies the good. This warranty goes hand in hand with your legal rights and does not limit them in any way. To take advantage of it, keep the invoice or receipt, which constitute proof of purchase.
10. Delivery
We deliver only to the destinations enabled in the checkout, according to the country conditions shown below, at the address indicated in the order. Delivery takes place within the agreed time limit; in the absence of a different agreement, within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Preparation and transit times are indicated on the Delivery page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you receive the product materially.
For each order we issue invoice or tax document with the data you have provided us. Once issued the document it is no longer possible to modify them.
11. Limits of liability
We do not respond to delays or disservices due to force majeure or fortuitous cases, including network malfunctions that are not attributable to us. All the responsibilities that the law places at our expense and that cannot be excluded, including those for damage to the person and for the conformity of the products, remain firm.
12. Use of the site
You can access the website to view it and buy it. Any other use, particularly commercial, is not allowed. Texts, images, graphics and sound elements and the technology used remain the property of Doctorbike or their owners and are protected by copyright.
13. Cookies and personal data
The site uses technical cookies, which are necessary for the operation and purchase, and is subject to your prior consent to statistical and marketing cookies. You can express, modify or revoke your choices at any time from the banner and the preferences panel. The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Validity of clauses
If a clause of these conditions is declared invalid, the others remain fully effective. These conditions can be changed: the date of publication on the site is equal to the date of entry into force, and the current conditions apply to the order at the time you made it.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable. Jurisdiction remains governed by mandatory consumer protection rules, including for consumers resident abroad. Before taking court action, you may contact mediation and alternative dispute resolution bodies under Legislative Decree 28/2010 and the Italian Consumer Code; we are available to discuss an amicable solution at info@doctorbike.it.

How we prepare your bike
CUBE bikes are always preassembled by the Doctorbike workshop before shipping. Professional preparation is included in the bike price.
Other brands ship in their original manufacturer packaging and configuration. Optional Doctorbike workshop preassembly costs €25 including VAT per bike and can be selected in the cart. It is never preselected.
The choice and charge appear in the summary and order and follow the selected bike quantity. Preparation is included for store collection.
Transport protection may require final assembly steps on arrival. Follow workshop instructions and check the bike before riding.
Services available online | Doctorbike
The service takes place at Doctorbike in Magenta, by appointment. No shipping is involved. Payment confirms the purchase, not the date: our team will agree and confirm your appointment with you. Parts and additional services are excluded unless stated in the product details, and require an accepted quotation. You can request cancellation from Purchased services. For services, the withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded and lasts 14 days; any refund is handled by our team through the original payment method. Starting within 14 days requires your express request. You lose the right to withdraw only after full performance with your consent; withdrawing after work has started may require a proportionate payment for services already performed. If we cannot agree on a suitable appointment before the service is performed, you can request a refund for the unperformed service.
