Using the flexible MOLLE system, the harness is firmly attached to the saddle rails and the seatpost where, once mounted, it can remain in position for as long as necessary. The sturdy dry bag simply fits into the harness and is fixed in position, and is just as fast to remove when shopping for supplies.There is also an attachment to mount a rear light.
