As a reference endurance mesh for warm climates, this garment has a weight reduction of 25% compared to the MILLE GT C2 EVO standard model. The structure is made with two innovative ultralight circular mesh fabrics that guarantee an exceptional air flow and breathability, comparable to the EQUIPE RS mesh, while maintaining the comfortable fit typical of the GT line. The sleeves have also been updated with the same fabric as the previous EQUIPE RS, offering an enveloping support and a high breathability inspired by competition clothing, but adapted for optimal comfort (UPF 15). The mesh is so light, breathable and fresh that it is recommended to apply sunscreen before use.
Technical overview
Innovative Fabrics
The main fabric, AirCell, is a new ultralight circular mesh material with a honeycomb structure that promotes skin breathability, keeping the skin fresh and dry, and gives a feeling of lightness comparable to the garments of the Racing Series collection. AirCell's bi-elastic properties combine a horizontal elasticity that wraps the body with a vertical support. The back pockets benefit from further support thanks to Stabilizer V11, a lighter mesh that is cooler and more breathable than the standard GT version. Push Pull sleeves keep the silhouette inspired by competitions, offering an UPF 50+ protection combined with a lightweight comfort, highly elastic and low volume.
Construction and Fitness
Developed on the basis of our regularFit aerodynamic model to ensure maximum comfort during the long exits. The round sleeves increase the freedom of movement of the arms and stabilize the panels on the shoulders.
Advanced Technologies
- Raw-Cut Sleeves: a structure inspired by competitions that eliminates transition seams, favoring clean lines and aerodynamicity.
- Triple Ramp Pockets: flexible fabric panels create "covers" that block and stabilize the contents of the pockets. The upper part of the pockets is particularly elastic for a greater capacity, while the lower part offers a solid vertical support that prevents the lowering of the fabric.
- PILtec Plug-In: the rear edge is equipped with a very light strip of ultra-perspirating fabric combined with silicone micro-taxes, a treatment that stabilizes the panel on the back and keeps the mesh in place even under moisture conditions.
