And that's exactly what we had in mind when we designed the Litening AERO C:68X Race: a race bike compliant with UCI standards, built around a chassis and fork that are now lighter than 150 g and are up to 6 watts faster than the previous model. We have fitted a Shimano Ultegra crankset with an integrated 4iiii power meter on both sides so you can monitor your performance. The Newmen Streem Allround 49/54 wheels are wrapped in Schwalbe Pro One Aero 28 mm tyres. The Shimano Ultegra Di2 2x12 gearbox offers a wide range of ratios and incredible reliability, while the combined hydraulic disc brakes, also Ultegra, will allow you to go even faster, as you can brake later. We of CUBE love the challenges, so creating a racing bike that is as aerodynamic as possible in compliance with UCI standards is exactly the kind of project we are passionate about. And here's the result: the AERO Litening chassis. Built with our high quality C:68X® carbon material and designed by making extensive use of computational fluid dynamics and testing in the wind tunnel under real conditions, it is now lighter and faster than ever. To be precise, the chassis and fork weigh about 150 g less than before. In addition, aerodynamic resistance has been reduced to 6 watts. These are differences that can be seen in the results. With the cockpit CUBE IC Aero, the redesigned aerodynamic seatpost, tyre space up to 34 mm, a rear car with future-proof UDH gear guard and full compatibility with all CUBE single piece cockpits, has everything you need to run faster.
