Charter+ 4 800Wh Low-step is an extremely versatile e-bike city. The adjustable handlebar allows you to customize the driving position in a range ranging from upright and comfortable to active and efficient. It is equipped with high quality Alpha Platinum chassis with Low-step geometry that increases safety, helical spring fork, Shimano CUES gearbox to 9 speed and Bosch Performance Line engine with 800Wh battery to cope with longer journeys.

Assembled in Germany - Explore the factory in Saxony, Germany, where all European bicycles are built Trek, Electra and Diamant.

We welcome you in Magenta for a personalised handover: riding-position adjustment, an explanation of the features and, where included, suspension setup.

For e-bikes and electronic components, we help with the dedicated apps. Before you leave, ask us about use, accessories and maintenance.

02 · To your home in Italy

Courier delivery

The bike is shipped in the original package, with the assembly configuration provided by the parent company.

You want our workshop pre-assembled? You can add it to your cart or checkout: 25 € incl. tax per bike, only if you choose.

Final delivery operations depend on the preparation for transport. Follow the team's instructions; you can ask for assistance from the workshop.
